In her village in Provence, a sixteen-year-old girl is bored. One day in Spring, Patti Smith’s voice with her mythical “G.L.O.R.I.A.” stirs her from her melancholy. An imaginary discussion between the teenager and the singer then starts, against a backdrop of rock'n’roll. By adapting the novel and radiophonic fiction by Claudine Galea, Benoît Bradel creates La 7e vie de Patti Smith, an electric trio on our irrepressible need for freedom.
