Combine solidarity and thrift shopping
Discover the Emmaüs Défi shop, a hiding place for objects with many stories to tell : old furniture, vintage clothes for adults and children, dishes, books, electrical appliances, jewelry, vinyles, CDs or trinkets… Imagine sitting on a couch to read a book and leaving with the book and the couch!
Staged by Thomas Ambroselli and Anne Durand architects
You will also find the creations made by the Recréateurs workshops of the Emmaüs Défi, where vinyl records become vintage stools, worn out furniture become pop furniture, neckties become ladders or folding screens…
Right in front of the CENTQUATRE-PARIS, you’ll find the Emmaüs Défi Riquet:
- A 950m2 (10225 sq ft) area to bargain hunt (entrance at the 40 rue Riquet)
- Drop-off your donations (entrance at the 6 rue Archereau).
- You can also make a donation to Emmaüs Défi by planning for a free home pick-up on the online donation platform provided for this purpose.
Shopping at the Emmaüs Défi store helps finance integration-driven projects.
