[The Spring of Arab dance]
A musical genre born from the 2011 Egyptian revolution, the mahraganat moves the hearts and the voices of the country. The choreographer Olivier Dubois, with one foot in Paris and one in Cairo, brings this street sound to the stage with a group of five performers and three musicians. In this way, Itmahrag becomes a loudspeaker for the cries of the impassioned youth of Egypt.
