On one side, the petite and slight (40kg) Japanese dancer and choreographer Kaori Ito. On the other, the large and chunky (120kg) French actor and singer Olivier Martin-Salvan. Together, they defy the laws of gravity with an eager inventiveness and invite us to savour Religieuse à la fraise, a piece between dance and performance in the shape of an extraordinary duo/dual. A succulent French-Japanese creation, guaranteed without lumps, and whose amusing lightness is only equalled by its poetic incongruity.
