De la planification urbaine à l’occupation des espaces de travail, les utilisateurs sont au cœur de l’écosystème immobilier. Répondant à la demande et aux besoins de ces derniers, les pouvoirs publics comme les entreprises ont développé des stratégies de changement pour améliorer leur expérience. MIPIM PropTech Europe 2019 sera donc consacrée aux attentes des utilisateurs sous deux aspects distincts mais complémentaires : le premier concernera les occupants et locataires des bâtiments, le second les utilisateurs de la ville en tant que citoyens.

MIPIM PropTech 2019, focuses on how the private and public sectors, working closely with proptech, can meet these user expectations. As part of the 2019 theme, ‘Matching User Expectations’, we are looking through two prisms: that of the user of the city (the citizen) and that of the user of the building (the occupier). Responding to individual user expectations is challenging. The first step is to understand the priorities of citizens and occupiers. Then, to identify the changes needed to improve services and to make them innovative, reactive, accessible and transparent.
