To reach the Stables, it is necessary to use a large cement ramp. Running underneath the garden, this ramp brings us to the basement of CENTQUATRE. Here is a huge central area, covering about 2100 m² (2511,5 yd²), split into two wings, the North and South, each containing four Stables.

The first thing that strikes when you enter this remarkable place is the effort made during the restoration works to preserve the original style of the Funeral Service’s old Stables. Another distinctive feature is that the light penetrates each wing through windows looking out over magnificent paved courtyards, developed by the Coloco landscape gardeners.

The Stables are available for hire.
