The CINQ is a space dedicated to amateur artistic practices and to the CENTQUATRE's local cultural life. It was designed for the use of residents and associations from the 18th and 19th districts. In exchange for a contribution of € 2 per hour, any person may develop an artistic activity on this site and use one of the four 50m2 - 90m2 studios available - by themselves, in a group or as part of an association.
