Sébastien Barrier is an actor, juggler, stuntman, musician and whip artist. During the planning stage of the 104, he used to stay regularly in the 19th arrondissement, and played the character of "Ronan Tablantec" in the street, the brasseries and other improbable places. An anarchic clown, slapstick or subtle depending on his mood, Ronan Tablantec gives out his vision of the places he passes through, with a look at the people who populate them.
Bit by bit strong bonds are forged with the local inhabitants who become part of the show.
