RECRUITMENT

CENTQUATRE’s employment policy

CENTQUATRE is in favour of innovative job access schemes and “is involved in integration schemes relating to local development structures, pursuing a target of recruiting 10% of its staff members via integration (Extract from Article 3 “Tasks” in the Public Establishment Statutes approved by the Conseil de Paris on 26 March 2007).
To combat exclusion and promote employment, CENTQUATRE initially calls on service provider businesses selected in the context of its procurement contracts. By introducing social clauses into the fulfilment of these contracts, the establishment encourages recruitment, training and job integration for people encountering specific social or professional difficulties. In addition, CENTQUATRE is building long-term partnerships with integration structures through economic activity and with companies working in social and joint economy.
With regard to direct recruitment, CENTQUATRE publicizes all the positions to be provided and relies on a wide network of help structures for job seekers to publicize the opportunities. The human resources department studies applications anonymously in order to combat all forms of discrimination in recruitment.
Finally, CENTQUATRE is working with integration and training organisations to offer suitable outlets that offer qualifications to people seeking their professional vocation.
